This past Saturday, July 24th, Drifting Pretty kicked off their 2nd Annual ladies karting series at K1 Speed in Ontario, CA. This was the first event in a series of 3.
We had a great mix of drivers, like Nadine’s 13-year-old daughter, a couple first-time karters mixed with some of our seasoned karters, which all made for a great event.
We congratulate Debbie Meda for winning this round. Debbie has been with Drifting Pretty for over 2 years and this is her first win. Debbie’s impressive time landed her at #8 on K1’s best times of the week.
In addition, one of our Northern California Chapter members, Rochelle Desamito, who drove down just for the race, won an impressive 2nd place.
