We began the meeting with a delicious potluck lunch…pasta, fried rice, homemade tamales, salad, rice crispy, cheesecake, and many more.  Then we discussed our upcoming events and goals for 2012.  This will be our 9th year in operation and it’s going to be exciting and busy! Cars and racing can often be intimidating but we want you all to know that the community– and not only Drifting Pretty– is far more welcoming than you could imagine. Our members can attest to that, so if you have answered yes to any of these questions, please don’t hesitate to come and attend the 2012 Drifting Pretty Kick-Off!

At the beginning of each year, Drifting Pretty members and prospectives gather to preview upcoming events for the entire year. Both expectations and personal goals are set at this time.

Over the course of the year, the ladies of Drifting Pretty have competed amongst each other at various karting facilities.  Each race awarding the top 4 finishers with points.

Now its come down to the final two races.  Who will be crowned the 2011 Champion?  Here is the current top 4:

3 Linda Nguyen – 3 points
During the final round, drivers will be awarded their “bonuses” which are based on consistency & participation throughout the season.  This will completely change the game.
